Heart between biological and mechanical

I associate the dynamics of animals with the heart as all animals have hearts in common. Cars and motorbikes have a similar "organ" by way of the engine. Engines and hearts both pump liquid or gas and I strove to represent this common function.　
Using 3D imaging I wanted to show the inner workings of the heart and engines without a strong slant to the biological or to the mechanical.
