Hyotan Spoon
spoon

This is called Hyotan Spoon. Hyotan is a Japanese word for calabash; a plant related to a cucumber that grows into a unique fruit. The right side of the spoon is smooth in contrast to the back side which has 8 ridges along the surface. Those ridges makes it easy to place on the table stably. I focused on making the figure look beautiful from every point of view.
